Floral pleasures

The Spring Flower Fair opens in HCM City's Phu My Hung urban area with more than 300 stalls displaying flowers from Khanh Hoa, Binh Dinh, Dong Thap and Ben Tre provinces, and nearly 200 other stalls displaying Tet specialties and consumer goods.
