Duong River pontoon re-opens

HA NOI — More than 200 soldiers have repaired the 248 m-long pontoon across the Duong River less than a day after a 500-tonne collier wrecked it. The damage, which included two sections drifting 15m away, delayed traffic for more than nine hours on Thursday.
