President Triet sends condolences to France

HA NOI — President Nguyen Minh Triet yesterday sent condolences to French President Nicolas Sarkozy over the heavy loss of human lives and the property damage caused by Storm Xynthia, which landed on the eastern part of the country last Sunday. — VNS
