Sympathy for N Korea floods

HA NOI — Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung yesterday sent condolences to his counterpart Choe Yong Rim of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, after severe flooding left many dead and extensively damaged property in a number of provinces in the latter's country. — VNS
