Man arrested after car crash

HA NOI — At least 14 people were severely injured on Wednesday after the driver of a Ford Mondeo lost control.

Le Van Manh, 66, was driving along Xuan Thuy Street in Ha Noi when he ploughed with group of motorbikes.

The injured were rushed to hospital and Cau Giay District Police are questioning Manh. Lieutenant Nguyen Ngoc Me said Manh had borrowed the car from a relative.-VNS
