House collapse kills two in Hoa Binh

HOA BINH — Two siblings were killed when their house collapsed yesterday in Huu Nghi Ward, Hoa Binh City in the northern province of Hoa Binh.

The accident occurred when the two victims, aged 35 and 33, were repairing their one-storey house.

City police are investigating the cause of the accident.-VNS
