HA NOI — The Viet Nam National University (VNU) was ranked among top 1,000 world universities, according to statistics from the 2012 Webometrics World University Ranking.

The VNU ranked 1st in Viet Nam and 22nd in ASEAN.

Can Tho University ranked 1,649th in the world; HCM City University of Technology was number 2,008; and the Viet Nam National University HCM City came in 2,285th. — VNS
